Grand Risings,

May today be your reflection day. Take the time to slow down, feel yourself , feel your emotions, and really see how far you’ve come over the past month. Write down three things you achieved or have overcome since April. Write down three more goals you look forward to and formulate a slight plan. Meditate on them and feel how it would feel to you to have reached that level you‘ve sought out for. Afterwards, get some exercise, stretch, do some self care, and feed your inner child by doing something that you used to enjoy. Love,
